We accept all major credit cards except for Diners and American Express.
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Product information and prices are subject to change with out notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that you will be charged. International orders are still required to pay local duties and taxes. The Anzac Memorial Shop does not offer prices exclusive of GST for overseas orders.
Sales or promotional item prices are only valid for the advertised specified period.
RETURNS
Please choose your item carefully as we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.
We will exchange/refund or issue a store credit when an item is faulty, has been described incorrectly or does not do what it is supposed to.
To obtain a refund the goods must be:
• Australian orders must be returned within the 14 day purchase period;
• International orders must contact us via email upon receipt of the goods;
• All items returned must be in a saleable condition and must be in the original packaging with sales tags and barcodes still attached;
• Proof of purchase must be shown;
• The Purchaser must meet all postage costs and return the goods by a secure means. The Anzac Memorial Shop will not accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit;
• The original cost of shipping will only be refunded on receipt of the goods;
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are non refundable.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING
We use Australia Post to despatch all our online orders. Delivery options and charges are displayed and selected at the “Check Out” when placing your order.
If your order is outside the standard shipping methods please email: [email protected] and we will provide you with a quote for the cost of shipping your items.
International Orders, heavy or oversized items may attract additional charges.
All orders are packed with the greatest of care and appropriately to avoid and damages. If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your items) to arrange for a replacement.
